Refund Policy
At Haley H Creations, we stand behind the quality of every piece we craft. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that custom or personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has already entered production, cancellation may not be possible. For custom or made-to-order pieces, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun. Please contact us immediately at hello@haleyhcreations.com if you need to cancel your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on the order status.
